We hope you have all been well during this tough time. I am writing with exciting but also somewhat sad news.
Unfortunately, our Lease on the factory we are in, now expires on June 30 (in not much more than a month). It cannot be renewed, so regardless, we now have to move buildings.
Due to the current Corona Virus pandemic, once gyms reopen, they may still only have limited numbers of people allowed due to social distancing for the coming months and, with the possibility of another outbreak occurring, may completely shutdown again. These uncertain times make for the tough decision not to reopen until.....
The EXCITING NEWS!!!
Kennedy's has secured a brand new building that is currently under construction, only a kilometre up the road. It will have ample car parking but also be over 50% BIGGER! IT WILL BE AMAZING!
I have been planning it for newly 2 years. It will have some facilities no other gyms in Australia have!! It will be everything we have now PLUS,
Importantly, of course, it will still maintain the current Kennedy's feel, culture and comfort that we currently (pre Corona) have.
Sadly, the building won't be ready until late this year. So unfortunately, due to the costs of relocating and setting up a 24/7 gym, combined with the social distancing limitations and uncertain future income, it makes sense to wait. Our new premises will be Kennedy's Health and Fitness' best home in the 21 years that we have been helping everyone on their fitness journey. BLOODY CORONA!!!
I apologise for the sad news but, please know its temporary.
I promise all our Members, Personal Training Clients and Casual Clients that, I haven't worked to build Kennedy's for 21 years, (pre Corona) to stop now, or, to let a significant bump in the road stop the Kennedy's train from chugging along!
This will be the 5th building Kennedys has called home, each building being bigger and better than the one before. This time, I have a "blank canvas" to design something awesome, as opposed to any pre existing building that we had to conform to, so I'm excited. Click here to view the design.

One issue most people have with working out in a gym is knowing what to do and how to do it, but when working with one of our “PT’s” you don’t have to think about that. We choose the best exercises to achieve the best outcome for you every session. Those exercises are done the right way, and the right way for you depending on any injury you may have, your actual gym experience, current fitness level and even how you’re feeling on the day!

Now you may see or, like i say sometimes, “use” a PT once a week, fortnight or month which depends firstly on what’s financially comfortable for you and/or how “badly” you wish to fair dinkum change your body. I use the word “use” a PT from the aspect you “use” us for information for education about weights, burning fat, how to use new equipment you may not have seen before and for motivational reasons such as, by having an appointment, you have to get your butt in our door; it’s having someone you are accountable to, and that works!
